How often do you bake?

We bake all of our goodies fresh for the store each day! We have pickup in our store where you can also dine in. We also ship in the US.
 

Can I pickup?

Yes! If you are local in Greenville, SC you can pickup. Check your email for confirmation details. We also ship across the US.

do you ship?

Yes! We ship all over the US. We have a limited number of loaves so make sure you reserve yours. Also we hate shipping costs as much as you do but alas in order to give more to our charities, we have to charge so our baked goods can get to you fresh and delicious.

when will i receive my order?

You will be able to pick up your order locally in Greenville or Easley, SC the day you choose. If you have any complications, email us any time at info@bastabakery.com

what organizations do you give to?

This changes monthly. We change it monthly so we can give to a wide variety of organizations because there is A LOT we need to tackle and help with. We choose based off of how pressing the issue is, the impact our money will make on the organization, and the effectiveness of the organization. We vet each individual organization to ensure your money is going to a good cause and will be used efficiently. Have suggestions for organizations? Message us!

How can i help even more?

Our monthly email outlines ways to make a bigger impact for the particular issue we’re sharing about that month. Our Instagram covers more action steps as well. You can also donate here where 100% of that donated amount will go to the monthly organization.

do you do refunds?

Due to the fact that our product is perishable, we do not do refunds. If there is an issue with your order or bread, you can message us here and we’ll send you a new one.
